Generations of Stewarts before us have enjoyed Highland style single malt whisky. We have tapped our Scottish heritage to produce our own Scotch-style whisky.

We use the best quality single malt barley Alberta produces to mash and distill in small batches. We move each batch through a series of used barrels for set periods of time. This unique barrel rotation process allows us to stack flavours from four different types of barrels on top of each other creating a complex, rounded, fruity flavour profile.
