We barrel age this our Brum in small 10 gallon American white oak barrels giving it a more traditional rum like taste. We are using grown in Alberta sugar beet molasses. Our Brum tastes like traditional rum, but is sweeter and has abundant fruity notes. Great on the rocks or in a cocktail.
Made from sugar beet molasses. The sugar beets are grown in the Taber and Lethbridge areas of Alberta.
