This whisky style distillate is made from a blend of rye(10%), wheat(40%), and barley(50%). It has not been properly barrel aged, but you can age it yourself in the bottle using the piece of toasted white oak we have provided. The flavor and color will change every 10 days, so leave it in until you like the taste.
